This stage also includes rigorous inspections for quality insulation and the verification of air barriers, ensuring that homes achieve exceptional airtightness, even at the Rough stage.
Energy Star Inspections
Our energy testing adheres to the stringent requirements outlined by Energy Star. Our inspectors meticulously complete the Energy Star Checklists, with a baseline inspection comprising Blower Door and Duct Blaster testing to meet the initial Proposed Rating for Energy Star Certification. Insulation Inspections to follow the Energy Star Performance and Prescriptive guidelines. Additionally, advanced testing options are available during this stage, subject to an additional charge.
